CEO Jerry Phlippeau and VP Joe Harzheim have known one another since High School, growing up together in the small town of La Salle, IL.  The two went their separate ways following graduation and eight years later they joined forces once again to form Flipo Group Limited. 

Jerry was playing guitar in a band in Los Angeles during the evenings and during the day, he was selling innovative products to consumers that he himself would buy in bulk.  He found himself more and more drawn to the excitement of the products and the inherent challenges found in distribution.  Suddenly Jerry's guitar was being picked up less and less and he found himself being drawn back to his roots and his hometown of La Salle.

Jerry and Joe traveled extensively throughout the world, building alliances in Southeast Asia, Asia, and New Zealand.  Today, these very relationships are continuing to be profitable.  Flipo leverages these advantages to it's distributors, providing pricing that makes everyone a winner.
