An Air Force Brat, David was born during the Cold War in Prattville, Alabama - but spent most of his life growing up in Washington, Oregon and California. Over the years he managed record stores, worked full time on a Crisis Line and sold personal safety products. In 1998, he met Flipo CEO Jerry Phlippeau and was so intrigued by his unusual products and Jerry’s vision that he relocated to the Midwest to work full time at Flipo.

For fun, David writes, does cartoons and poetry, and raises Prairie Dogs and Richardson Ground Squirrels.
